Hi and welcome to my page.
It can take courage to make the first step towards having
counselling. Life can be complex and sometimes we get to a point where we
really can't see the woods through the trees, I can help you to work this
out in a safe and comfortable setting. My training consists of many theories
as everybody is different and whilst one theory might work for one person it
may not suit another, this allows me to find one that can work for you. I
have a special interest in working with stress and anxiety.
Maybe you are struggling with relationship or family issues,
or work isn't going too well, perhaps you have health problems or have low
self esteem. Counselling could help you understand these problems and work
with them in a more constructive way. Sometimes we simply just get stuck at
a point in our lives and don't feel happy - I could help you to see exactly
what is going on, or simply give you a chance to talk and to be heard.
I offer both individual and couple counselling.
