to talk to. People may seek counselling for different reasons. Whatever
difficulties you are experiencing, I can support you in a safe and
confidential place where I can help you to explore and identify your needs,
working alongside you to gain a better understanding of why you may feel the
way you do and working towards making change happen.
As an experienced counsellor, I work with various people who seek help and
support for various issues they are facing, such as: depression,
anxiety, cultural issues, relationships, loss and self development as well
as many other obstacles and challenges that life can throw at us.
