Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor / Therapist, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs.
I believe that to get the most out of counselling, it is important to choose a therapist that is right for you.
For it to be successful, you will need to find someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence without being judged.
Hopefully, we will have that connection which will enable you to feel secure and comfortable talking to me.
I offer individual and couples counselling.
In addition to my private practice, I also work as a voluntary counsellor at a well established charity.
Please feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have and we can then make an appointment for an initial consultation.
I deal with many issues, including:
Relationship Issues
Separation and Divorce
Family issues
Sexual Abuse
Domestic Violence
Living with partners or family members with drug & alcohol addiction
